Any purchase of jewellery is completed separately at our showroom and is subject to the terms applicable to the showroom transaction.

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will be available at the showroom at the time of your visit.

The final price of a jewellery product will be confirmed at the showroom at the time of purchase based on applicable gold rates, product specifications, taxes and other applicable charges.
We currently do not offer discounts or promotional coupon codes unless specifically communicated by us.
4. Hallmarking & Purity
Applicable gold jewellery sold by us will comply with applicable BIS hallmarking requirements.
Where applicable, product purity/fineness, hallmark and HUID information will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.
5. Appointment Booking
The appointment-booking facility on the website allows customers to submit a request to visit our showroom.
Submitting an appointment request does not automatically guarantee that the requested date or time is confirmed.
Appointment requests are subject to availability and may require confirmation by our team.
We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm, reschedule or otherwise modify an appointment where reasonably necessary.
6. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while submitting an appointment request.
This may include information such as name, mobile number, email address, preferred date/time and other information required for scheduling the appointment.

Any returns, exchanges or replacements of jewellery purchased from our physical stores shall be governed by and subject to the applicable policies and terms of the respective physical store. Customers are advised to review the applicable store policy at the time of purchase.
The website does not offer or facilitate any return, exchange or replacement of jewellery.
